Вот уже несколько дней мне на работе приходят emailы о том, что в связ с чем-то мистическим будет усилена охрана в NIH. Мол, носите свои бейджики на видном месте и не паркуйтесь рядом со зданием. Один раз ивент уже отменили, но сегодня, наконец, стало известно из-за чего сыр-бор:

I am delighted to inform you that President Barack Obama and Secretary Kathleen
Sebelius will be visiting the main NIH campus in Bethesda, Maryland, tomorrow,
Wednesday, September 30. They will be participating together in a special
event from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. Attendance at the event requires a ticket and
all tickets have been distributed. But the President’s and Secretary’s
appearance will be videocast so that all of you–many more people than we could
possibly fit into any one location–can join in the event via that medium. You
will be able to link to the videocast by going to the following URL:
